~The parade, filled with magnificently feathered and beaded Black Indian gangs from across the city, takes off from the park at 1 pm. The procession, which includes the Hot 8 and TBC brass bands, members of the Young Men Olympian Benevolent Society and the Lady Buckjumpers Social Aid & Pleasure Club and more, makes a "circle route":
